About me

I trained at the well-respected Clifton Practice in Bristol, leading to a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.

I undertake regular ongoing training and ensure that I keep up to date with developments in the profession.

Previous to becoming a hypnotherapist, I trained as a state registered nurse and state certified midwife and worked as a staff nurse at Guys Hospital, London. After having children, I retrained as a teaching assistant and worked for seven years in a primary school.

I have always had an interest in the power of the mind, and how people can use their own resources to help themselves.

I practise brief, solution based therapy, which is forward-looking and does not dwell on the past.

You can be assured that you will always be treated with great respect and that confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
